I started my yoga practice in 2005. And over the next 15 years, I created a safe practice space at home. I never took a class until much later into my journey. It was there that I got that first spark to share my love & passion for yoga. So in 2020 I signed up to become a Certified Yoga Teacher. I want to share what the practice of yoga has done for my life.
